01 · Estimates and payment

Is the estimate free?
Yes. The estimate and consultation are free. Call John at (702) 416-2387 or David at (702) 510-4262.
When do I pay?
Payment is due upon completion and satisfaction of your job.
Are you licensed?
The business publishes two Nevada licence numbers: painting licence #62148A and C-15A roofing licence #93242.
Who will I be dealing with?
A family business, owned and operated for three generations. John and David both take calls directly.
What happens before the paint goes on?
Power washing followed by proper dry time. Complete masking of patios, windows, walkways and roofing areas. Repair of stucco damage, retexturing of stucco loss, wood sanding and wood replacement. Then priming of wood trim or rusted iron, crack repairs and caulking of window frames, joints and openings.
The McMillans call preparation and repair “the most important step of your job and 80% of the labor.”
What do you paint with?
New acrylic paints, enamels and elastomeric coatings, chosen to weather-proof wood trim and seal stucco against cracks.
How is it applied?
By airless spray, brush and roll, followed by complete clean-up and a final inspection.
Do you repaint pool decks and iron fences?
Yes. Cool decks are power washed, repaired, retextured, primed and recoated. Wrought iron is cleaned, sanded and primed at the rust before a rust-prevention coat.
What about my floors and furniture?
Fixtures, flooring, carpet, cabinets and windows are fully masked. The published promise is “no mess left behind and everything in your home will be arranged just as it was.”
Can you fix the walls first?
Yes. Drywall repairs, retexturing, hairline cracks and sheetrock damage are a stated speciality, along with caulking of baseboards, windows, nail holes and door frames.
Which finishes are available?
Washable paints in all sheens, from flat to gloss.
Will you help choose colors?
Yes. The scheme is customized to match your carpet, cabinets, tile flooring, counter tops and furniture. See color consultations.
04 · Colors, HOA and roofing
Approval first. Roofs too.
Will my HOA approve the colors?
The McMillans bring samples and color charts from the major paint companies and help with HOA and ARC approval. In their words: “We will make sure all color schemes are approved by the homeowner as well as your HOA and ARC.”
Do you work on roofs?
Yes, under C-15A roofing licence #93242: installation, maintenance, inspections and full replacement. Tile roofing
How do I know a roof needs replacing?
The signs the business lists are curling or missing shingles, water stains on ceilings, or an aging roof over 20 years old.
Which areas do you cover?
Las Vegas, Henderson, Boulder City and all of Clark County.
