1. Power washThe first step is power washing, followed by proper dry time.
2. MaskComplete masking of all patios, windows, walkways and roofing areas.
3. RepairComplete and thorough repair to any stucco damage, retexture any stucco loss, wood sanding, wood replacement.
4. Prime & caulkPriming of wood trim or rusted iron, crack repairs, and caulking of all window frame-joint-openings.
5. CoatAll-new acrylic paints, enamels and elastomeric coatings to weather-proof your wood trim and seal your stucco to prevent cracks, applied by airless spray, brush and roll.
6. Clean up & inspectComplete clean-up and final inspection.
