When do I pay?
Payment is due upon completion and satisfaction of your job.
Will my HOA approve the colors?
The McMillans bring samples and color charts from the major paint companies and help with HOA and ARC approval. In their words: “We will make sure all color schemes are approved by the homeowner as well as your HOA and ARC.”
What happens before the paint goes on?
Power washing and proper dry time, complete masking, stucco and wood repair, then priming and caulking. They call preparation and repair “the most important step of your job and 80% of the labor.” See the eight steps.
